The White House has come under attack by Evangelical Christians for sending "Happy Holidays" cards (rather than "Merry Christmas" cards) to their friends. Also under attack are several major retailers, whose advertisements bring shoppers "Seasons Greetings" rather than a Christian-specific Christmas message.
But the question is, why do they care about the religious message being sent by the White House or Wal-Mart? If we want people to learn about Christmas and the birth of Jesus, perhaps we should bring them to church instead of inviting them to shop . . .
